Our hotel is located only 100m from the sea.
How far from the center of Cervia is the hotel?
The Excelsior is found on Viale Roma, the central street of Cervia, 250m from the storical part of the town, and is filled with shops and bars.
What is included in you “full board"?
Full board means: breakfast, lunch and dinner, and also free utility of the pool and parking lot. Further, every room in the hotel has air conditioning and safety boxes. Not included are beverages in the restaurant and in the bar, and the use of the phone.
When I have arrived I would like to go sightseeing in the area, but not with my own car. What do I do?
The Excelsior have bicycles that may be used by the clients, for sightseeing in Cervia. We also remind you that our hotel is centrally located, with short distances to the train station as well as the bus stop. There is also great public transportation between Cervia and culturally famous places like Ravenna and San Marino.
Can we have fish every day?
Being so close to the ocean makes it possible for us to put fish on the menu every day. It’s cooked and various ways and is always of the best quality!
When do we have to leave the hotel rooms on our traveling day, and at what time is it ok to arrive?
You must be out of the room at 10.00 the day of your departure, for cleaning and preparation for arriving clients. The rooms are available from 12.00, but if possible, even earlier.
Are the prices regarding the room or are they per person?
We have prices for full board, half board and for the stay in the hotel room only. While the two first are per person, the price for staying in the hotel room only, is depending on if it’s a single or double room.
Will I be able to use the internet in my room?
Yes, there's a free internet Wi-Fi all around the Hotel Excelsior area, included the rooms and the swimming pool area.
